Alternative Joining Method (In-Game)

The form on this page is our preferred way to invite new Members, but alternatively, please ask any Member in-game to join on the spot. They will add you to a Guild House if your Wizard has Open Chat. Check our Chapter List for our Guild House names.

• Being asynchronous and choosing not to socialize is perfectly acceptable. We understand that Wizards also have an IRL schedule and responsibilities that should come first.

• Be 100% in compliance with KI Terms of Service - We have 0 tolerance for use of cheating software and abusing exploits.

• The following topics are off-limits in our Discord Server:

  • No Sexually Explicit Talk (All Types), Political Talk, No Religious Talk, No Racist Talk

• Content: No NSFW material, no excessive spamming, and no drama. Any form of direct or indirect threats, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, death threats, doxing, abuse, and other malicious threats targeted at other users are strictly forbidden.

• Cheating is prohibited. The Order & its Guilds strictly adheres to Wizard101 Terms of Service (TOS) and does not permit the use of any third-party bots or software. Individuals found using such cheats will be removed from the Guild and server.

• Being in The Order & its Guilds and server means you agree to follow these rules and any future changes that may be made. These changes can be implemented at any time without prior notification, so it is your responsibility to regularly check for updates and ensure you are compliant with the latest guidelines.

• Any activities scheduled by any Member is under their discretion for conduct and Members are responsible for their own actions.

• PVP Sniping, Boosting, and other cheats are grounds for immediate expulsion (if we are given proof/witness of it.)

• Only Leadership may Decorate the Guild House to maintain decorative harmony and accessibility.

  • Please seek professional medical advice for any mental or physical ailments. Do not contact other members for medical advice. For emergencies, contact your local emergency line.

• Update 1/11/26:

  • Wizards inducted into The Order are secured a permanent spot. They will only be expelled by breaking the Code of Conduct. Leadership Power is divided so that no one Leader can crash out and randomly remove or purge entire Houses.

• Wizards who are inactive for 60 consecutive days will be put on a Waitlist that we can remove to make space for new members on the Waitlist.

• If you require an extended Leave (due to work, school, health, etc), please message a Mod to put you on a Safe List. You may ask for up to 90 days of Leave in addition to the 60 days mentioned in the previous statement. After this expires, you may be placed on the list previously mentioned.
